Brian Hepburn, Principal
Brian began his career in the pharmaceutical industry in research and development but soon realized that his strengths lay in the commercialization side of the business. After 6 years in international marketing, Brian moved to the agency environment, where he was instrumental in developing a highly successful medical communications business with operations on both sides of the Atlantic. As Managing Director he established and developed the U.S. operation.
Brian's core strengths include business development, financial management, and general management. Brian's personal philosophy maintains that you are only as good as your last job, and he instills this ideology in his team to inspire continuous improvement for Envision’s clients.
 
Daniel Donovan, Principal
Dan spent more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry in both the U.S. and international markets, having held sales, market research, and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. He then made the leap to the agency side of the business to gain insight into what makes a good agency tick, prior to founding Envision Pharma. With experience on both sides of the industry, he has been instrumental in supporting some of the most successful product launches in the industry through the development and implementation of innovative and creative solutions.
Dan brings with him an intimate knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of the needs of medical and marketing teams. He finds great reward in helping his clients succeed, having learned from experience that success breeds success.
 
John Bilbruck, Scientific Solutions
John has 12 years of medical writing experience. He has served as medical writer in capacities of increasing responsibility and currently directs all scientific writers at Envision Pharma. John has 7 years of experience managing all facets of a publication program for a blockbuster cardiovascular product. He also has extensive experience in a wide variety of writing projects. John earned his PhD in microbiology.
John's clients value his deep understanding of complex information and his ability to synthesize clinical data into commercially relevant scientific material.
 
Kevin Wheatley, Operations
Kevin started working in the visual communications industry more than 20 years ago as a graphic designer before moving into exhibition and conference production. He has specialized in the pharmaceutical industry for the last 15 years.
At Envision Pharma, Kevin oversees operations, helping to generate proposals and ensure the smooth technical running of all production and meetings, as well as the creation of innovative, high-quality deliverables. He also manages and negotiates with a variety of strategic partners and suppliers to ensure that client deadlines and budgets are met and that expectations are exceeded.
 
Cara Coffey, General Manager, Philadelphia
Cara has more than 25 years of technical and medical publishing and communications experience. She has served in many roles, ranging from technical writer, medical editor, and editorial director to operations manager.
Cara manages Envision Pharma’s newest site, including overseeing the hiring of its scientific, technology, and operational team members. She continues to contribute to proposal development and RFI responses, helps to set and implement corporate policy, develops corporate communications, and has project management responsibilities for selected Envision programs.
Cara's strength lies in her ability to build and lead internal teams to service Envision Pharma’s clients.
 
Joseph Brown, Technology Solutions
Joe has been designing and leading teams to build and support business applications for 16 years. He specializes in facilitating business challenges with customers to design applications that enhance collaboration and the effectiveness of teams. He has extensive experience across many industries and business processes.
Joe has been working with Envision Pharma to define, design, build, and support our technology suite since Envision’s inception.
Joe's personal philosophy is to continuously seek to improve upon each software application through client feedback and focus groups.
